Realtors and VIP’s gathered at Two Creeks’ Amenity Center on April 8th and agreed that the community sparkled like the diamonds that were given away at Two Creeks Dipping for Diamonds VIP/Realtor Luncheon.
The luncheon celebrated the grand opening of the community and amenity center, and allowed VIP’s and Realtors the opportunity to win one of four diamonds that were frozen in ice cubes. Upon arrival, every guest was handed a cup with an ice cube and had to wait for their ice to melt to see if a diamond was revealed. The gorgeous diamonds were provided by David Leslie Jewelers and ranged in size from .25 to 1.14 carats.
Guests also enjoyed a catered lunch from Carrabba’s and limo bus tours of Two Creeks, stopping at each builder’s model. Representatives from American Homebuilders, DR Horton, Drees Homes and D.S. Ware Homes were all on hand to provide Realtors with information and answer any questions about the homes the four builders offer in Two Creeks.
Realtors were quite impressed with Two Creeks’ brand new amenity center and all it offers to new residents. The amenity center features stunning design and architecture with a clubhouse accented by natural stone and shake shingles. The center showcases a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an outdoor summer kitchen with grilling area in the wide breezeway, oversized swimming pool with a children’s water feature, lighted basketball and tennis courts, state of the art fitness center, and a playground providing endless possibilities for recreation and leisure for all ages. The amenity center is graciously embraced by a stunning natural stone and wrought iron wall.
“It was so refreshing to see a new community with a unique look and personality,” said diamond winner, Cynthia Thomas with Vanguard Realty. “Two Creeks offers more than the basic cookie cutter homes. There are beautiful exteriors with brick and stone elevations and the amenities are awesome, but the best thing about Two Creeks is that it’s affordable.”
The drive into Two Creeks, a one of a kind community by developer Monarch One Land Group, can be compared to an entrance of a magical forest with breathtaking landscaping, uncommon in other communities in Clay County. When developing Two Creeks, the developer’s first priority was the natural beauty of the neighborhood, which has been preserved with over 250 acres of undisturbed land and 27 pristine lakes. Monarch One Land Group is owned by Donald S. Ware, a veteran of the homebuilding industry in North Florida and widely respected for his attention to detail in design. He has carried that same design attention over to the community of Two Creeks, which is widely evident in the entrance, the grand scheme of home site placement and the charming amenity center.
Two Creeks is less than five miles from the brand new Oak Leaf Town Center that will be home to popular shopping, cozy and upscale restaurants, and first-class entertainment. With convenient access to I-10 and I-295, bustling downtown or the picturesque beaches of Jacksonville are never far from Two Creeks.
To visit Two Creeks from I-10 travel south on Chaffee Road (approximately 12 miles). Turn right on Trail Ridge Road to Two Creeks’ entrance. Or, take I-295 to Blanding Blvd. (south). Turn right on Branan Field/Chaffee Road and turn left on Trail Ridge Road to the Two Creeks entrance.
